Well known for their market leading premium mouthpieces, Theo Wanne has now released an exciting range of more affordable mouthpieces that compete well with the best brands in this category.

Designed across the board from Soprano through to Baritone, the ESSENTIAL series brings us a small range of models that suit every style.  The Contemporary Metal piece for alto produces a powerful, bright and puncy sound with plenty of core.  It will work perfectly in any pop, rock, funk, R&B and other similar settings.  Think Gerald Albright and Candy Dulfer!

For many years Theo Wanne has been producing premium-quality industry-leading Signature mouthpieces.  However, they are EXPENSIVE!  Not any more - the ESSENTIAL series addresses this issue by maintaining their high-level design methods, and like their hard-rubber counterparts, offer a mouthpiece range that is at last affordable for many! These savings have been achieved via various measures, including using rhodium plating instead of gold, reducing the packaging, increasing the production scale and simplifying the designs.

This mouthpiece comes complete with Theo's built-in Liberty ligature and Reed Replacer Cap.  Please also note that Contemporary Metal mouthpiece defaults to a 7 tip opening.
